If you know Anita, you know how much she loves making salads.  Have you tasted her Caesar salad?  It’s delicious!  Here is the recipe in case you are interested:

For The Salad:

  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce, chopped.
  • 1 bag of parmesan crips (store bought).
  • ¼ cup shaved Parmesan Reggiano.

Step 1 – In a large bowl, combine finely-chopped romaine, parmesan crips, and shaved Parmesan Reggiano.  Anita enjoys purchasing a block of this cheese, and grading it herself.

Step 2 – Toss it with Brianna’s – Home Style Asiago Caesar Dressing.  Ralphs, Pavilions and Whole Foods all carry it!

Step 3 – Add a squeeze of lime, and fresh ground pepper.

Want to turn it into a meal? Add grilled chicken, shrimp, or even blackened salmon for a delicious protein boost.
